Notification Repeat Interval

A notification repeat interval is the duration of time that elapses between the triggering of a notification and when the same notification can be triggered again. This controls the frequency of email notifications sent to users to avoid spamming users with excessive messages. For example, if a notification has a repeat interval of 24 hours, it means that once the notification triggers, it will not trigger again until at least 24 hours have passed.
